(VIDEO) The Challenge: Just how long DOES it take to create great audio content?

Hi everyone!

If you’ve ever wondered how much time it takes to create great audio content on CultureSpots, or what kind of technical expertise is involved, you’ll want to check out this video.  Perhaps you’ve been asking yourself:

  • Do we need to invest a lot of time into recording our audio?
  • Do we need a budget to buy fancy recording and editing equipment?
  • Do we need training to figure out some new audio editing software?

Before we simply say “NO, NO and NO!”, we’re actually going to challenge ourselves to see whether or not this is truly the case!

In this video, I’ll record, edit and upload audio into CultureSpots, using our (FREE!) web-based audio recorder and editor using my laptop’s browser and built-in microphone.  All the while, a timer will be keeping track of how much time it takes.  Dare to fancy a guess?  Watch the video and find out for yourself.

Let the challenge begin!

What do you think?

I’d like to clarify that this video is not a tutorial (even though it might be all you need). For a detailed tutorial, have a look at these 3 brief but detailed tutorials for each step:

EDIT AUDIO TUTORIAL
UPLOAD AUDIO TUTORIAL

If you need any help, guidance or personalized training on any of these steps, or anything else, we’re here to help!  Reach out anytime.

Thank you for your continuing support!  Enjoy your journey,
